Mostafa Zahran

Mostafa Zahran is an undergraduate student studying architectural engineering, and is currently working as a research assistant at AUC. His main interest is sustainable design and he has been interning at a sustainable design firm in-between semesters, and is developing research on the prospects of effective adaptive reuse in Egypt.

Engaged Sustainable Futures offers a platform for interdisciplinary ventures that aim to uncover the many possible sustainable futures of the built environment. Based in the Department of Architecture at the American University in Cairo, ESF MAM-BE achieves its vision through research, pedagogy, and creation.
